Senses Spa--Fire and Ice manicure question.

For those who have had it done, are they able to (and do they) remove the Gel first?

Mrs U was wondering, since if they cannot or will not, she'll need to make other arrangements.

Yes, they can and will remove gel polish. There is an additional charge (sorry, can't remember the amount -? $10) and you should let them know when you book so they can add additional time.

If I remember correctly, the price online also did not reflect the gel manicure - that was additional also. But it looked lovely when complete.

I checked back with Shoreside to see if they can notify Senses in advance--I know they book things with a time factor and don't want to create a problem that way.

Failing that, I guess we'll just have to contact Senses the day we board and see if we can work things out at that time.
