First of all, let me say that this is a thought for NEXT YEAR, not this May. But before my son gets all psyched about it, I want to make sure it can be done.

Senior Trip: Son + 3 other guys in one room, 4 girls in another room, Me and my mother in 3rd room. All of the kids will be 18. Me, my mother and my son all have APs. Can we:

1. Reserve three rooms with the three APs with the above configuration?
2. Son's friends only staying 5 days. Me, mom, son staying 14 days. Do we need two separate reservations to cover the two time frames? When son's friends are there, staying at Values (unless Moderate cheaper) but then want to move to moderate when friends are gone.
3. Tickets--kids won't have APs, but son will. He wants to stay in room with guy friends while they are there. All other friends will need tickets. I guess we can't really get package deal, since each room will be reserved with AP (if we can do that), so will each kid just buy 4-day ticket?
4. Does ANY of this make sense? I am in territory that I don't understand much about yet (AP's--we will be first time passholders when we go this August).

All guidance happily accepted. Please also tell me if none of this will work, but you know HOW to make it work!

don't think you will have any problems.

would make separate reservation for 5 days w/friends and 9 days w/o friends.

unless he is staying in the value resort w/o your group.

the ap has a package deal - it includes the dinning plan. so yes his friends would need to buy separate tickets.

Thank you for your response. I am WAY out of my realm here!!! I appreciate your help!!
