Sending package to resort for my arrival

I want to send a package to POR for my arrival. How do I handle this? Do I send it to my attention or just put it on the label in a reference line (my name, res#, arrival date).

Also, how are they with shipping packages out? I can send it collect to my work address so there isn't a question of payment.

What I've usually done is send the package to myself as follows:

Your Name (Guest)
Name of Hotel
Address

I've never had a problem with getting the package. There's usually a message noted under my account at check-in that I have a package waiting.

I also put my confirmation number and arrival date on the package. Also, I send UPS because I have read that the US Post Office mail does not go directly to the resort hotel. UPS also has a web page to calculate the cost and estimated time for delivery.
