Hi! I wanted some opinions on this, I feel pretty comfortable although I wouldn't mind feedback.
DD her BFF (who lives with us, she's literally basically one of my kids) graduate on June 4th. I want to get them something special for graduation and I thought a 3 day cruise would be a good idea at first. The port is in Galveston which is 20 minutes away, they would have 1 stop..do some excursions and be back on ship by 6pm..so I figured this would be a fun, safe trip for them. WELL, I then found out you have be with someone 21 or over for the cruise.
So, next to come to mind is WDW...our FAVORITE place in the world! SO, my plan is this: they graduate on June 4th, and I fly them out the Monday after and they stay for four nights. I will have the dining plan for them, their reservations made since I already know their favorite places there to eat. I think they would be totally excited for this!
I am a little nervous and it would be different having DD so far away without me being there, but with them using all disney transportation....and being onsite and them both having been there several times so they know the routine, I feel pretty comfortable about it. They are both responsible, good kids and I think it would be fun especially getting that sense of independence, not having mom, dad and sis there to bug them. haha
Whatcha think???
