I am with everyone that says it's very expensive...except I can no longer eat out so that cuts down an expense. For all of you with children...I cannot imagine.
I have had to change everything including my make up. I went with Bare Minerals and also some blush I found on the internet.
In addition to eggs, dairy, wheat (now all gluten it would seem too), I am now allergic to carrots, cucumbers, fish, seafood, peanuts, tree nuts, beef and corn. Corn is right up there with soy...I even had to change my toothpaste. I can still eat soy, but it is all processed with corn based products so I cannot. Corn is in everything..."natural flavors" is the way to hide it and in many ways it's worse because it does not have to be listed on the label like all the other allergens.
My vitamins are extremely expensive. Each supplement is $50 per month...calcium, Vit D and Vit C. That is way over what something on the shelf would cost.
Trader Joe's has good prices, but we don't have one near here.
If nothing else...this thread knows I am not alone.
I did have to throw out everything and start over because I was so sick. I can no longer even drink bottled water.
