Semi-non Disney disign for breast cancer walk

Some friends and I are walking in a Women's 5k for breast cancer. I have kinda of an idea for a t-shirt design, but I need some help implementing it.
Our team name is the Cosmo Chicks. And I would like wording to the effect of "Cosmo Chicks Walk the 5K" and 2010.
I did find this picture of a cosmo, but I would like a little Tink sitting on the edge of the glass and a pink breast cancer ribbon somewhere.

I would be putting the design on a pink shirt.
