Selling, add-ons, breaking up a contract?

I'm wondering how add-on contracts are handled when selling DVC. Is it possible to sell the initial contract and keep the add-on?

And taking it further, is it possible to break up a contract when selling? For example, if you have a 200 point contract at one resort, could you sell 50 or 100 points of it?

I am thinking that the selling but keeping the add-on is possible, but breaking up the initial contract is not. Just looking for clarification....

Hi,

You can sell any of your contracts at any time whether an add-on or a master contract.

You're correct. You can not break up any contract. Hence the popularity of smalller contracts and the flexibility they provide.
