I sell a ton of textbooks after I use them. Here is my issue, just got a "sold" for an UBER expensive set of nursing texts. The mailing address says name, then the next line is # CODxxxxxxxxx (bunch of numbers & letters) and her address. Does this mean it is cash on delivery? I am NOT ok with this. I cant find anyway to CALL customer service.

Does that COD number mean it is a cash on delivery or could it be an apt number??

COD usually means Cash on Delivery

That is what it looks like. I didnt think half.com allowed that, but there is NO WAY to contact a person there to ask this question. I am cancelling the sale. I am not paying to ship this book that I may not get paid for. UGH<

It could mean Care of/Delivery.

It might be a rural area that has limited mail service or something like that.

I've occasionally see C/O in addressed mail. I don't think Half.com allowed COD (Cash on Delivery) sales.

I don't blame you for cancelling the sale.
