Selling a DVC contract as a Canadian resident

Hi all - we are thinking of selling some of our DVC contracts. Have any other Canadians done so? In addition to fees I pay to list them and closing costs, what has the experience been as a Canadian and selling? I believe there are some additional taxes or charges we will need to pay the US government. Anyone have experience with this?

I just had a look at my seller closing statement and this is what it says
This was for a smaLL 25 point contract in 2013.

commission paid at settlement to Time Share Store $180.00

settlement or closing fee to Magic Vacation title LLC $1.50

Waiver Recording fee to SIMPLIFILE $18.50

FIRTA 10% Tax to Internal Revenue Service Director $180.00

Estoppel fee to DVCMC $50.00

FIRTA Processing Fee to DEE-JAY & ASSOCIATES $200.00
