Ten days.....is this a Florida or timeshare law?

Florida law. Most states have recision periods, but there is a good bit of variance from state to state.

In Florida, it has nothing to do with timeshares. The recision period applies to ALL real estate transactions.

I'm not sure as it applies to other RE but the 10 days in the case of timeshares is spelled out in the FL Statues 721 including the fact it applies to resale.
