Hiya everyone :wave2:

I ordered my 14 day Ultimate tickets from Seligo 3 weeks ago now, they were very quick to take my money but as of yet l've still not received the tickets. :sad2:

I sent them an e-mail at the weekend but have had no reply. I also rang them earlier and was advised that they were waiting for Disney to ship them to them. They will hopefully ship them to me on Monday i was told.

Has anyone else had any dealings with them good or bad, your comments please

Ty

I haven't heard of the company myself :( But I hope you get them soon.

I always used to get my tickets from them as they are the company the travel agents use, I think now however they are being priced out of the market and are much more expensive than the on line companys, but to put your mind at rest, I never had any problems with them.

As a ta I've used seligo dozens of times usually for tix for broadway etc, never had a problem, they are fully bonded, don't worry, its usual for these companies to run out and wait for shipments

we are waiting on ours too and we booked ours July last year. Waiting on the Travel Agent phoning me back. will keep you updated

Seligo usually send out attraction ticket 14 days before you travel. I used them this time for our passes as I am a TA and could take my commission off the price, but I fibbed about my dates so got them earlier....

Our TA fibbed too and said we were going on the 23rd (next week) and they still haven't arrived although we arn't going until July

in that case you should have them any time... I said I was travelling on the 26th and I received mine yesterday....

:sad2: We still haven't received our tickets, good job we're not going til next year but i'm a bit  that they have had our money for all this time and still no tickets!!

In 2002, we ordered tickets from Keith Prowse - anyway, just to let you know that they ask for your departure date as well and don't post out your tickets until 7-10 days before you depart. I wouldn't worry too much as this seems to be the way the UK companies do this.

Last year we ordered with a US company and had our tickets within 5 days!
