read yesterday the motherland will start a banning of selfie sticks in the parks.
can't imagine how that is going to be handle.

haven't seen the sticks at the darkside on my last trip.
hope it stays that way.

I saw several last week at US. One gal was trying to talk on her phone with the stick attached.

Disney has now banned them as of June 30th I hope Universal follows them. If you want a group or picture taken do what you always did, ask an employee or bystander. Imagine that you have to talk and not type!!!

I thought was great a few weeks ago while standing inline at Hulk and RRR all the people we actually talking but most looked lost as they could not post to Facebook or Instagram. Lol The line also moved much better because people's faces are not glued to a smart device.

I saw quite a few on our last trip. They also sell them at PiQ in CityWalk - they were very predominately featured in the store.

Too funny! Although I have to confess I have used a selfie stick - Once only! and then my DS 15 told me he wouldn't be seen with me again if I tried to use it! Oh well, It's just as well am good at talking to people!
