Self-Service Fountain Drinks

Are Electric Umbrella and Sunshine Seasons the only two Counter Service restaurants in the 4 Theme Parks that have the self-service beverage "islands"?Thanks.

The one is Sunshine Seasons was actually behind the cashiers, not after them so when we went to get what we thought would be free refills, we had to pay for them. The cashier actually stopped us from walking by her and when I showed her our original reciept, she said the refills weren't free.

I'm not sure if that's normal but it's what happened to us this June.

Backlot Express in DHS has self-serve islands or at least they did in June. Not sure if refills are free but there were no signs stating otherwise.
