seehere.com problems

did anyone use them for anything else besides their holiday cards?? I placed a order on 11/23/09 for 3 stainless steel picture coffee mugs when it was 50% off each. I have emailed them over and over and called the 1-800 number without an answer and called the direct line and told it was the wrong seehere.com number (they were only for walmart orders). anyhow, I received notification they were shipped out on 12/14/09 but no tracking and no estimated delivery date. I finally receive a email this evening saying how sorry they are about the delay and I should receive my order sometime next week. Next week- that is over a month I have been waiting. I will never use them again. Poor, poor customer service. These were supposed to be gifts from the kids to their grandparents..
