See our TS choices-miss any good ones?

I've started our itinerary for next year and wanted to get everyone's opinion on the restaurants we've chosen. We've eaten at all of these at least 1 time with the exception of the Hoop-De-Doo and Yak & Yeti. Any suggestions on other places we should try or replace with the ones we've chosen. We have two teenage boys and are usually willing to try anything. They like chinese, mexican, italian, etc... Thanks to all who respond. Here's our list....
Rainforest Cafe, Garden Grill, Liberty Tree Tavern, Yak & Yeti, LeCellier, Hoop-De-Doo, Boma, Coral Reef, Mama Melrose's, San Angel Inn, Crystal Palace, 50's Prime Time, Chef Mickey's, & Sci-fi.
