Secret Path at AK

I read some where that there was a secret path that goes from Asia to Africa in Animal Kingdom. Does anyone know about this?

The secret path has been gone for years. It was a short section of dirt path that went into the woods along the road between Asia and Africa. It just looped back to the main path after crossing a stream on stepping stones. As far as I know, there was never any official recognition of this as being a feature of the park. It was just something Joe Rhode had put in, almost as an "easter egg".

tl - I don't know about a 'secret path' but do you know about the 'secret entrance' If you go through security and then turn left and go through the Rainforest Cafe (instead of straight through to the turnstiles), go through the RFC gift shop to your right and straight out the other side - there is a turnstile there into AK and you bypass any lines. This really impressed my DH and now we use it all the time, snickering all the while like we know something top secret!!!
