Secret Bathroom?

I have read a couple of posts regarding a secret bathroom? Where? What is this all about?

well, its not really a secret since it's on the maps. (at least I think it is..?) I think it's just the only family bathroom in disneyland. Its' near the plaza gardens.

There is another, more secret one, as well. It's in the queue area of the Tiki Room. Once you get inside the turnstile, go up the steps and it's on the left. It's tucked away, so that really you never notice it when you enter the theater, unless you ask. The ladies room has 2 toilets, too! My 3 yr old uses it.

I'm tellin ya - one you use it, you'll never go back. You'll hand your Dole Whip that you bought while inside the turnstile off to DisneyLove and then you'll run up the steps and go before the show! (That's what we do....)

It's so quiet and clean inside there.....

I wish I knew about all these bathrooms when we were in disneyland, yes we had a map but we had the hardest times finding the bathrooms especially at night near the haunted mansion and near big thunder mountain railroad....

We found the secret bathroom yesterday! The one by Plaza Pavilion, to the left of the castle. You head toward the pavilion, there's some doors to the right it that aren't marked, and I was trying them unsuccessfully, when my daughter turned around to her right and it was behind us, in a corner. Deserted, clean and quiet. Yay, private potties!

It reminds me of an old bathroom in a church hallway. Not fancy but clean and most fo the time empty

Dont worry about giving it away as you said in another post, I think that one is a little more known then we think. I have loads of family who go to DL and they all know about it. Besides you would only more so use that one if your going in to view the attraction. Since there is another bathroom right next door in Adventureland, I doubt the Tiki Room CM's would just let a random lineup form just for a bathroom use if your not going to view the birds.

OMG - I hadn't thought about that, but you are so right!!!!! Especially the ones in the quiet "mother's rooms"!

Did I mention earlier the ones up in Big Thunder Ranch - they only open them during the Halloween and Christmas Roundups, or other events.
I love those.

i like to use one at the GC hotel. i don't know if it's still open though. last time i was there, they seemed to be doing construction in that area. it's outside kind of by the pool i think. it's been a while since i used it but it was just me in there for the entire "office time"

Yes, the GCH bathrooms are very nice. There's a bathroom right off of the main lobby on the way to DTD.

yeah well it was a secret for a long time.. avalon just got lucky that nobody was there at the time because so many people know about it now that its just not secret anymore...I used to could go at any given day, crowded or not and never have to wait and now that EVERYBODY and their brother knows about it, its just like any other bathroom... and it just puts me in a fowl mood anytime I see a post about "secret bathroom"
