Second week of June crowds

Was anyone at wdw during the second week of June last year? I'm going from the 10th to the 15th and wanted to know how crowds were in the past. Thanks for the info!!

We are also going the 2nd week of June. We normally go later in the summer. We decided to try the start of summer this year. Would like info on this also.

I was there last year for the 2nd week in June and will be there this year as well. Last year was my first trip, so I really don't have anything else to compare it to, but I didn't think it was that bad. We spent 5 days at the parks with afternoon naps each day and pretty much got to see everything in the parks at least once. Just take advantage of fast pass and sit early for the shows/parades and you should be okay! We did do an e-ride night which really helped! I'm not sure we would have gotten quite as much done at the MK without it....

This upcoming trip is our third June trip. I was very worried in 2001 when we had to start vacationing in June rather than the fall due to school. I was pleasantly surprised that the crowds were quite managable. I do believe Fast Pass has contributed to getting more done with the crowds. We would go early and take an afternoon break and get back to the parks for evening activities.

We did see a considerable increase in the amount of people from Father's Day weekend and beyond, otherwise earlier than that has not been bad.

I have a harder time with the heat (and I am from AZ!), it is much more humid than I am used to, so it feels more suffocating than the heat in AZ. But, my hair really curls up great there and I don't have such dry, alligator skin in Florida!

The last 2 yrs we have gone the second week of June. This yr we are going the first week for a change. The crowds on the second week slowly pick up through the week. You shouldn't have to worry about the Gay Day crowds at Mk because i believe that event ends on the 9th. The crowds aren't bad accept at closing time at Mk with the fireworks and parade. I think everyone from Orlando desends on this park at closing. We used FP for some rides like Buzz,and BTMR.
