Second "post reply" button?

Can anyone tell me what's the deal with the "post reply" button on the lower-right hand corner of posts? I keep accidentally clicking on it, thinking it's the real thing, but it doesn't do anything so I guess it's not.

I have to use the button on the lower LEFT corner of the screen to get it to work.

Oh, duh. I just answered my own question. It's for quick reply!

I was wondering this, too. What is the difference b/t a quick reply and a non-quick reply?

With the quick reply there are no smilies, you also can't change font, size or color.
