Valid for one time reserved seating at our most popular shows. Must arrive 15 minutes prior to show time to receive your reserved seating. Includes reserved seating at:

• Shamu Stadium
• Dolphin Theater
• Seaport Theater
• Sea Lion & Otter Stadium

Has anyone done this? For our date, October 15, Saturday it is $24 per person.

We are also planning on the Dine with Shamu dinner. 3 adults and an 8 year old and 5 year old.

We have purchased it during for the special Christmas shows (as part of the annual Christmas Celebration), and it was a lifesaver during such crowded days. We haven't purchased it during other parts of the year, as we haven't found it was necessary (we have never not been able to find good seats by showing up a half hour before showtime). That said, we always have multiple SeaWorld days on our itinerary so we're not trying to cram everything into a single day....that definitely makes a difference.

We have done Dine with Shamu twice, most recently on May 2. It was a highlight of our SeaWorld visit! It is simply amazing to be that close to the whales as you eat.

Dine with Shamu is great fun.

I doubt it will be crazy crowded in mid October the week after Columbus Day. If you arrive 20 minutes early to each show you'll get decent seats. If you want to walk in at the last second, then getting reserved seating may work for you.
