SeaWorld park closing times - end of August

Can anyone give me a rough idea of the general park closing time for SeaWorld at the end of August? I know this falls after their summer nights promotion (which sees the park closing at 10 pm), so I wondered.....would anyknow give me a rough idea of what the earlier closing time would be for visits the last week of the month?

Our next trip falls from August 26 - September 2.

When we were there in January of this year, park closing was 6 pm. Hoping the park stays open later than that in the warmer months!

We were there the same time last year. If I can remember, the week days up to the Friday before Labor Day were early closing, like 6pm. But on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, SW was open until 10 or 11 pm. The crowds really picked up significantly starting on the Friday.

According to the Website:

August 26th-August 31st: 7:00pm
September 1st and September 2nd: 10:00pm

August 26th-August 31st- You will only get regular shows and events. But these days should be a lot less crowded.

September 1st and 2nd- Is the parks final Summer run because it's labor day weekend. Labor day weekend tends to bring large crowds, but you will get all the special summer time night shows like Shamu Rocks, Sealions Tonight, (Both different than the regular day shows) There is also a fireworks show at night called "Reflections". There will also probably be live entertainment like a DJ and a dance stage.

August 26th-31st will be less crowded, but if you want to experience all the shows Seaworld has to offer for its summer package, then I would do either September 1st or 2nd. Maybe if you're worried about crowds, then do a full SeaWorld day any day between the 26th and 31st and then come back the night of the 1st or 2nd to experience the night shows. Keep in mind that late in the day, the crowds tend to die down especially after the daily Summer thunderstorm rolls through between 3pm and 7pm.

We are still not sure if we are adding SeaWorld to our list of attractions for this visit.....still mulling over our options. This kind of great help is what we need to make the final decisions!
