Sea World opens every day at 9am - the closing times have not yet been posted for January but I'd guess no later than 6pm or 7pm.

I checked the SW website, and the park hours for January are not up. However, they still had showtimes up for this past January. The last shows ended between 5:30 and 6:30, so I'm sure the park closed sometime soon after.
