Does anyone know if seaworld will give you a free cup of ice like disney does?

Yes, they will. Most parks will if you just ask.

At any Busch Entertaignment Park, All soda fountains will give you a small cup of ice when requested. (white dixy cup full of ice)

Infact if they are not that busy they may also give you filtered tap water with it if requested, since their is a water tab on most pepsi soda fountains, sometimes they wont but always give ice.
