Does anyone know if you can get a discount for the all day dining deal with an AAA card?

No you can't get a discount with AAA.

Passport Members still receive their 10% off food, even with the wristband purchase.

I know some people get an annual pass to save on parking and other tickets, so if you're one of them, this would work for you.
