"Seasons" in DL

I can't seem to find the exact dates of the "seasons" for DL (ie. peak, regular and value). Can anyone fill me in?

If you go to the DL web site and checkunder room rates it lists their seasons.

They still have the 2005 seasons listed. But they are probably similar.

2005 Seasons


Value Season: 1/4-3/17, 4/10-7/2, 8/28-11/21, 11/27-12/22
Regular Season: 7/3-8/27
Holiday Season: 3/18-4/9, 11/22-11/26, 12/23-1/2/06
