Seasonal pass but possible upgrade bc concert in feb

first off we are not concert people. We got our first seasonal annual pass in August and are going back for a couple days in feb. the last day we are there is a concert black out day. Was wondering if anyone know how much the upgrade would be?

It is one hundred dollars to upgrade to the third level AP.

That level gives free parking and a 10% discount in the parks on merchandise and foods. (not good at the carts)

Or the blackout for a seasonal pass is only for the US side. If you don't want to see the concert, just do the IOA side that day.
