Seasonal AP??

I am fixing to purchase an AP and I keep reading about a seasonal AP, but don't see anything on Disney's site about the Seasonal AP? What is this and how do you get one?

I believe it is available to FL residents only. It is good for a year like the regular AP but it has a few blackout times during the year. 2 weeks around Easter time, 2 months during the summer months and the week (or a bit longer) between Christmas and New Year's.

This pass is a great value and the best way to go if you don't like to go to WDW during the busiest times of the year.
