Seasonal AP blackout for Mardi Gras

I see Universal is blacked out for the Saturdays of the Mardi Gras event...does that mean I can't enter the park at all, or just cant go to the concert at the end of the night?

Can't enter the park at all - they'd have no way of enforcing you leaving before the concert. You can still go to IoA.

Yeah, only reason you'd be going is to US is to go to the concerts, so just upgrade otherwise stay at Islands.

It only blocks you from Studios, you still can go to IOA for the day. And it's blocked out for more than just Sat.
