Season passes to seaworld busch gardens sesame place? Is this too good to be true?

We did this amazing deal 2 summers ago. We live far away from any of the parks, but knew we would be going to Florida for Spring break and Sesame Place for summer vacation.
I did not have the actual annual pass when we went to Florida. I printed out the email that showed I purchased the annual pass online) that had a scan bar and was going to be used to turn in for my actual tickets. When we went to SeaWorld and Busch Gardens in Tampa, we went to the Customer Service booth (or whatever it is called). They then gave us a single day ticket for the park. We could go every day, but would have to go to the Customer Service again to get another ticket because we did not have the actual annual pass from Sesame Place.
We got FREE premium parking in all of the parks as well as discounts on some of the foods. We got a discount on the Dining with Shamu when I called in and told them about my annual pass.
That year we paid $140 dollars for the pass and used it for 1 day at Sea World, 1 day at Busch Gardens Tampa, 3 days at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, and 3 days at Sesame Place. All with free parking and discounts. This was definitely the best deal I have ever gotten. I would do it again!!!!

WOW. What a SWEET deal this is, as it seems to include parking at every park. An AP to all of these parks for the price of a couple of days at Diz. Heck, my AP combination pass for just Dutch Wonderland & HersheyPark is more than that, I think.

Also, I know HersheyPark's AP ticket office is open year round, even when the park is closed. I'd bet Sesame Place is like that as well. It is reduced hours, but open to get the real pass if you live close enough.

Wow.. that sounds like a great deal. We were thinking about going to Sesame this summer and had planned to go to Sea World/Aquatica in December, maybe. This would save us quite a bit!

We live about 7 hours from Sesame Place, but were considering going to get in on this deal. Just out of curiosity, I emailed them today to ask if we could order online and activiate at another park (we go to BG Williamsburg often). This was their response, we are SO doing this!!!!! We will probably go to BGW a dozen times, and then Sea World, Aquatica, BGT while in Orlando in October. This is an amazing deal!

Thank you for contacting Worlds of Discovery. A Super Grover passport eVoucher (printout from an online purchase) must be redeemed at Sesame Place before the pass can be used at other Worlds of Discovery Parks. We suggest instead that you opt to have the actual passport mailed to you. You will then be able to begin using it at other parks.

We did this two years ago and used it to visit Sea World & BG Tampa. It worked out really well...and much cheaper. I think we did 2-3 Sesame Place trips too that year.

WOW!! GREAT. I can't use it and am SOO wishing I could. That is a STEAL of a deal!

Just wanted to add … I also emailed to inquire about what we should do if we wanted to visit a park other than Sesame Place first. Here’s the response I received from the Manager of Guest Correspondence:

“Thank you for contacting Sesame Place with your inquiry. If you select to have your passes shipped to you, you would receive your permanent passes in the mail and would be able to use them immediately at any of the theme parks associated with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. If you live close to Sesame Place, you can choose the print at home option and then come to Sesame Place any weekday between 10-5 and redeem your eVouchers at our Quick Ticket Kiosks located on the side of our Guest Relations building (not the stand alone kiosks). Here you will scan an eVoucher which will redeem them and print your permanent passes automatically. All pass members do not need to be present at the time of redemption.”

Thanks OP, this is a GREAT deal!!!

I did not see that when we bought our passes. We bought the platinum pass (2 year) for about 225 each. We go to Sesame and water country usa every summer. In addition, we will now go to Sea world....we have skipped this because of the price.

This is a great deal! Unfortunately Sesame Place is a bit too far for us.

Does this mean we don't ever have to go to Sesame Place? If we order online to have them sent by mail, we can just go to any/all of the other parks? This would be great!! Anyone who goes to Disney and is willing to spend part of their time at Sea World/Aquatica/Bush Gardens would benefit from this!

It's for real. We did it in '07 (SW and Busch Williamsburg) and '08 (Busch Williamsburg). We already got passes for DH and DS this year as we plan to do Sea World and Busch Tampa (hopefully Williamsburg too). Next I will buy them for DD and myself.

Yes, the Super Grover includes parking at ALL parks. Even better, we were able to buy just a basic pass for DD as she is only 1 and doesn't need tickets to the other parks.

As others have said, there are several special events at SP between this weekend and March. You can activate your pass at any of them. :cool1:

Just bumping since it ends in 3 weeks. I am going to buy mine today.

I wanted to know if you order them to be shipped to you is it the actual passes or is it just a voucher?

Not sure about that...I always have them sent to me by e-mail and it's a voucher. So far I bought them for DH, DD and DS...mine is last up in a couple of weeks when I get more $ from my home business!

Bumping...has anyone done this deal? Do they sent you an actual pass or a voucher if you choose the Fed Ex option?

They sent me the actual passes...but I chose to order over the phone as I had tooo many questions :)

I just ordered tonight! Another big thanks for the OP! We are still in awe at this steal of a deal! I paid an extra $8 to have them fed-ex'd to me and they said they will be our actual passes and we can use them right away at any park. :yay:

I will update the thread when I have them in hand!

I wanted to update that we got our Grover Passes today via Fed Ex!!! :cool1:

So, please confirm....I can purchase these on the website, have Fed Ex deliver them and never step foot into a Sesame Place?

I guess they don't need your picture?

Also, what are the perks at BG and SW? free parking? anything else?

Thanks!!!!!!!

No, no picture needed! They have a bar code and our full names on them, and say you need a picture ID required. I am going to ask when I get to BG if I can trade them for ones with pictures so I don't have to bring the ID each time.

Yes, I ordered from Fed Ex (for $8 additional) and they arrived at my doorstep two days later.

It says "Valid for admission to any Sea World parks and entertainment parks through 12/31/2010" Not valid for Discovery Cove. It also says free parking is included.

I don't know if we get the discount on food in the parks though. We are going to BG Williamsburg on March 20th. I will update again then!

Will you post a link of the page we can go to to order these? Thanks
