Sears Come Back Cash

Did anyone get the come back cash from Sears? (you had to spend $50.00 on clothes, and then got $15.00 back) I am just wondering if it has a date to use it by?
I did get one but I think the cashier messed up, she gave me gift card that says Sears Easy Exchange Card (must be for returns without reciept) I know its still good but I was just wondering since I over heard another cashier saying you can't use it till so and so date

DH just came home with one. He thinks they said it can't be used until Sunday, December 5th.
