Searching for a Disney-themed vacation home rental?

Hi! We're looking for a 4-6 bedroom, 3+ bath, rental home, preferably in Windsor Hills (maybe Emerald I.) that has Disney-themed bedrooms for the kiddos. My daughters would love a princess-themed room . I'm so worried about this process, as we had a negative experience about a year ago when we needed to cancel a WH townhouse rental (don't want to get into that again, though, please). My issues, 1) how do I know I've found a reputable owner? 2) How do I search for the Disney theming we're looking for? Can anyone recommend one they have personally stayed in that's Disney themed? Thanks so much!

We just returned from Magical Paradise, a 6 br. home at WH two weeks ago. It has 3 kids rooms: 2 twin beds, mickey: 2 twin beds, 2 double beds and crib, also 2 king master bedrooms and 1 queen downstairs.

We are in a beautiful home at the moment but only one of the kids bedrooms has a Disney Theme.

We got "stuck" in Orlando a few extra days and spent our last night in this Windsor Hills townhome, it was awesome! Big storm in Chicago shut down the airport, getting "stuck" at Disney in 85degree sunshine is a great thing though! hehe (We had to move out of the place we were in for the first week as other guests were arriving). The beds are to die for! Great TVs, themed kids bedrooms, free internet and phone, etc.

I actually only really "need" one kids-themed bedroom for daughters, but Princess-theme is preferred. The other boys are 11, 13, and 15, and would care more about a game room!

There isn't a princess room, but there is a very cute Tinkerbelle room at My Disney Houses. Nice game room also. On VRBO or google. We stayed awhile back and enjoyed it! Grammy

Sorry for the second bump...but after quizzing my daughters again, they really, really want a princess room. I have looked at some of the ones I have been referred to, but they are booked already for my dates. We are hoping to go in early to mid-August. We were planning to go mid-June, but I got so mad about the "holiday surcharge" at all of the Disney buffets that we were going to eat at, that I started to re-plan for August. Any other homes come to mind? Thanks so much

So far I have been unable to locate a disney princess room for just a condo or 3 bed townhome. mickey and minnie, yes. Princess, no.

I only did a quick search in one community. I am sure there are lots of others out there, but it takes a lot of time to search through each listing one by one.

I wouldn't rule out "big" houses. A lot of times bigger homes can be the same price as a town house or condo, especially if you don't mind being a little further out. We are staying at this home in Davenport and it has a princess room.
