Search Cactus ~ how to find the EYE?

Hello, new here. I can't find any sites on Search Cactus that pays. It states to look for sites with the EYE, but I can't find any. What am I doing wrong?

try going to www.hintsandtips.com. then download their search cactus assistant. It lists search words and you can quickly go through them to find eyes. also this assistant has a timer on the screen so you know when your 20 secs are up
