Sea World Passport tickets help

If I purchase the monthly gold passport to include BG and pay by month for 24 months when can I start going do I wait till after 24 months up??? or can I go after 1st onth is paid???...I dont quite understand maybe its me.....TIA

You can go the day you get your tickets-either by printing them at home on your computer or having them sent to you. It actually will be a voucher saying you purchased the gold pass and you need to take it with you to the park. There they will take your picture for the pass and issue it for you. We did the monthly plan 2 years ago and it will be up Memorial Day. I am getting everyone in the whole family another Gold pass!

Cool...So As soon as I sign up I can go I do not have to wait till its paid for....great....Makes budgeting a little easier doesnt it....

Unfortunately SeaWorld has gone Disney on us. They are no longer using the credit card type of passes, they are the cheap paper like passes and they are using whole hand biometric reading now. It is taking alot longer for people to get through the gate since the reader is taking several tries and the employee is having to come around to help the guest with the readings.

Really? When did they start that? I guess its been about a month since we were last there and they weren't using it then. Did they quit putting your picture on the pass?

I am not suprised on the passes changing Busch Gardens in Williamburg installed the bio-meteric readers last fall.

Thanks for asking this question! We live in SC too and are thinking about making our first trip down on Memorial Day weekend (long time WDW fans, never have been to Sea World Orlando.) I LOVED Sea World when I was growing up and there was one in Ohio so I can't wait.

For the Gold Passport it's good to know you are activated right away. Also, are you billed monthly, do you have to set up auto withdrawls from an account, how do the payments work? Thanks

We have the monthly payments charged to a credit card. Our passes are the old ones with the pictures so we don't have to do the finger thing because we use our original ones. When our 2 years were up on Memorial Day last year or the year before-forget when- We decided to keep them. We are actually on a month to month with them and any time we decide to stop them we can. The amount they take out did not change so the price remained the same. We probably should drop the Busch Gardens part because we just can't get over there very often. :-(
