Sorry, I'm sure to many of you this sounds like a silly question but I have never been to Sea World and am considering going in November.

My daughter will be 2 3/4 at the time and is very outgoing! We just returned from a 9 day trip to Disney and she did everything she could and loved it! Danced, jumped, got character 'au-go-graphs', and rode all the rides she could.

Would you recommend taking her to Sea World and if so would 1 day be enough or should we consider 2?

TIA for your help!

When in November are you going? If its after Thanksgiving, then Seaworld will have its Christmas celebration going on. Its included with park admission and features Christmas themed rides, Christmas themed night shows (different from day shows), and decor. For your daughter, there is a huge play area called Shamu's happy harbor which has a giant play net and rides designed for kids your daughters age. There are also opportunities for character autographs, and she will have alot of fun at shows and animal exhibits. She can pet and feed dolphins and stingrays and also feed Sealions and sharks! Seeing all of the unique animals at her age is such a wonderful and memorable experience.

I personally always consider 2 days at the park that way you can go back and re see anything you really enjoyed or anything you may have missed the first time around. Seaworld is definitely an all day park even if you get there right at park opening.

When planning your day, plan around show times. For example, if you want to see a 2:00 Shamu Show, then plan to visit exhibits, rides, restaurants and gift shops around the Shamu show stadium before the show between 12:30-1:30 and then again after the show from 2:30-3:30. That way you're not wasting time running back and forth around the park. It will allow you to enjoy your day more.

Thanks KBF! Our trip is booked for the 2nd week of November so before the Christmas celebrations begin but that's something to keep in mind for another time.

Thanks for your tips and info.

Awesome! Hope you have a great visit!

When my boys were little like your daughter's age, their favorite park and mine to take them to, was Seaworld. Although I'm a huge Disney fan, I always made sure to include a visit to Seaworld because it was so easy to take them.

Seaworld is much less crowded than the other parks, especially during the time that you will be going. Shamu's happy harbor has little kiddie rides and nice, large sand boxes that your little one will sure to enjoy. The shows are great and they have a few that are especially geared to the little ones like the sesame street show. All the marine animals are in great exhibit areas and there are many opportunities to feed various animals, including the harbor seals(my favorite), dolphins and sharks.

Too me, it's the most relaxing park and when your daughter gets tired, there's always a quiet place you can have her take a nap in her stroller. The 2nd day free is a great option, so you don't have to do it all in 1 day.

Have a great time.

I would definitely recommend taking her! I would think that one day is plenty to see it all though.
