I read mixed reports from Sea Breeze point - will people really stop and take pictures of your wedding? My ceremony will be only 20 people (Escape) and only 20 mins long - i am disabled and can only stand for a short time. teh wedding pavilion has stairs up to the altar, which if i cannot walk that day will not work for me... i REALLY like sea breeze point, but i dont want to be disturbed...

I didn't get married at Seabreeze point, but I have seen weddings there..

I just wanted to say..during our ceremony on the back of the ship, there were people standing on the decks above us watching..but I don't remember them and totally was engrossed in looking at my DH.

I guess you could voice this worry to your WP and maybe they can shoo any gawkers away

Yes, if you get married at SBP people walking by could take pictures. Although, I haven't heard alot of brides complain about this. Here is a link to pictures ofSBP, in some you can see people walking by.

Also, yes the WP does have steps, but I believe they have a ramp that they put over the stairs that is made out of the same carpet, so it wouldn't be distracting.

thanks for the quick replies!

I am just starting my planning stages, and I also just started using a wheelchair out of the house, so i am still figuring all these things out (i've used a wheelchair at disney for two years, so at least i know that part!)

Thanks for the help

ITA - let your planner know and I'm sure they can run interference for you :goodvibes

If they did, I never noticed! I was too busy trying to repeat the vows without screwing them up! :rotfl: Seriously though, my planner stood at the entrance of SBP and shooed people away, she was awesome! I'm sure your planner would do the same thing.

I was married at SBP Nov. of '05. I don't remember seeing anyone taking pictures or people hanging out to watch. Our planner did a great job of keeping people away too. Now walking to and from SBP people said congratulations and really took notice but that was fun.
