Sea Breeze Point dimensions?

Hi everyone:

I'm an occasional lurker and have found some great info on these boards. I have one thing I'm still looking for, though: does anyone have (estimated) dimensions of the main Sea Breeze Point gazebo? We have our wedding dance choreographed and now we're just trying to figure out how much space we should expect to make use of. We do have it written into our BEO that the chairs from the ceremony will be cleared before the first dance, so we will be able to use as much space as is available. Obviously, the cake table, etc, will take up some space, so we'll expect the actual floor space to be less, but does anyone have a good guess?
