Sea Bass... I See Pictures, I Just Don't See It On Menus

First time to WDW. Got the Le Cellier reservation and with a TON of peristance a 6:30 at 'Ohana.

Anyway, looking for sea bass at WDW, I've seen pics of sea bass, and people talk about it, but it's not on any of the menus I've been able to find.

For example, just a few days ago someone got sea bass at the CA Grill, but it's not on the menu:

So, where is it? Where is it best? What are the odds it's still on the menu the 2nd week of September?

We are on the dining plan, prefer 1 dining credit but would certainly consider a 2 credit place. Thanks!

I'm not sure the answer to your question but I would kind of assume that it would be only at signature places. Sea Bass tends to be very expensive even outside of Disney and is normally found at nicer restaurants. So I'd think price point wise you'd be looking more at the signatures. I'd start with their menus.

I believe I've looked at the menus for every restaurant at WDW. I haven't found sea bass on the menu at one place.

Maybe I missed it, I just know it's there but I don't see it on the menus, so I figured I'd ask.

The menus that are posted on allears and disboards are sent in by members so they may not be up to date or complete. They will give you a general idea of what is available at a restaurant, but the selections will change, especially at the Signature Restaurants, such as California Grill. The one credit restaurants and counter service places don't change as often, but no one can say whether something you see on a menu today will be there tomorrow.

If you want to search by ingredient here on the disboards you can go to the top of this page and click on the word "Dining" in the dark blue band. About one third of the way down the page there's a place where you can search for item menus by ingredient. When I input "sea bass" it only came up with Bistro de Paris. As I said previously, not all restaurant menus are included and not all menus are up to date.

forgot to mention: Bistro is an excellent restaurant, but it is not on the dining plan.

Thanks for the tip. I wasn't aware you could do that. I assumed the menus were more accurate but it does look like it's just a guide for the kinds of foods at that particular restaurant. Thanks!
