Anyone have any advice on a easy up type screen room? Looking for a sturdy one with screen sides and possibly storm flaps. We are thinking it may be easier to use one for the fridge and picnic table/chairs, our awning is a power unit and we dont like to tie it down, really wish we had a regular awning like our old trailer.

Thanks
Scott

We just use our EZ-Up and put a couple sides on it if it rains. We typically put it over the picnic table and put the bikes under it. It's worked for us. I know there are places you can get them that have mesh sides. We use ours for our business so we only have solid sides.

I also have an EZ-Up, with the solid sides you velcro on and the screen sides, also velcro'd on.

My friends call it 'the blue room'. When it is completely enclosed it is completely 'blue' inside. I have spent a week in it at a state park in Florida where it rained incredibly hard for four days in a row. Not a drop came through, however standing in water up to your ankles is not so pleasant!:thumbsup2
I've also had it sort of withstand a windstorm of 50 MPH winds, however I do not recommend trying this unless it is well tied down at all corners and the middle of each side with guy ropes. I only had the corners tied down and legs staked to the ground, the wind folded the side in right in the middle between the legs.:scared1: I had to do some surgery on the frame to fix this. Now I guy down the 'middles' in addition to the corners if any winds are expected.

The Wally World ones are sturdy, ILO;) and you can buy the screen walls AND the privacy walls separately. I shopped around pretty good and decided those were the best bang for MY buck.
