Scrapping Navigators & Oversized Menus...

I am pretty adept at both digi scrapbooking and regular. I haven't hit on a great way to scrapbook all pages of a Navigator or the really big menus we got from the ship.

I searched but didn't see much. My scanner is only 8 1/2 by 11. I think some of the menus from the PC cruise were more 8/12 by 14.

Do you take pictures of the Navigators and get them printed?

I put the navigators in pockets in the back. I tend to photograph menus, or scan and stitch and print reduced. The pirate night menu, I cut up and used as the page background.

Thank you. I was thinking about scaning and "stitching" but thought there might be a better way.

I ask for the dessert menu since it is smaller and fits in my 12x12 pages (or can go in the scanner).
