Scrapper's Paradise

Hi all,

I got back from Scrapper's Paradise last night and had to tell you that it was so much fun! I've never been to one of these functions before and was amazed! The amount of talent in one room was incredible!

I went with 5 other people and still can't believe the amount of scrapping I did! I actually came home last night, still inspired and scrapped some more. DH just kept walking by and shaking his head at me (or maybe that was the strung out twitch he got while watching 3 DS's for the weekend).

They are planning another crop weekend in February if anyone is interested.

OOOH that sounds like so much fun! I am going to my first overnight in Dec! I can't wait!
I remember when I first started scrapping I laughed so hard when I heard people actually spent money on hotels and stayed over night! But here I am going and can't wait!

Had a blast at Scrappers Paradise! welovemickey...I did not "meet you" I was wearing my lime green on FRiday! Perhaps we bumped into each other?

I went to the first one too and I already pre-registered for February!

One of my friends won the Embellished page contest...but we totally lost the Scrappers Adventure(since I was too exhausted from staying up ALL NIGHT!)

Paulinewdw, I didn't arrive until Saturday morning. A couple of people I was with got there on Friday morning. Actually, one of them stayed up all night Friday, napped late Saturday and then stayed up again all night Saturday.

Where were you sitting? I walked around a couple of times admiring people's work.

I'm undecided about February because I really want to go to the one on the cape in March. I don't think DH would be happy if I went to both.

I was sitting to the left (when entering the crop area) towards the end of the first table. I stayed up all day friday, friday night,
saturday and finally crashed at 2:30 AM sunday! LOL! I was sitting across from the gal who won the page embellishment
contest(my friend Mary!)

I think you were sitting behind me. We were at the far left table as you walked into the crop room. The massage therapist was right next to us.

Actually, I think we were sitting at the same table....since my chair was about 4 chairs down from the massage therapist!

What a riot! I had my lime green on on Friday!

I am going to another weekend crop in North Conway Nov 14-16.
I just booked it today, taking DH and the kids(they will swim and shop and I will crop!)
