I'm going to be visiting Orlando in a few months and will be doing a scrapbook of the trip. I've never been there before, so I would like to get some ideas in advance of don't miss picture opportunities. Have any of you done a scrapbook of Universal, and do you have any suggestions for me? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Kristin

I used the same ideas that I did from Disney - entrance signs to the rides and as many pictures as I could during the rides!

A good picture area is in Toon Lagoon (IOA) which has comic strip characters (betty boop, dagwood, etc.). There is also lots of "bubbles" with sayings above them. You stand below them and it looks like you are in the comics!

Universal and IOA has places to buy a set of postcards (I think they even have them at the local Wal-mart if you have transportation) which make a great addition to the scrapbook.

Inside MIB there are some cute scenes set up with aliens and I took some photos of them. Those made a good addition to that page.

I scanned park maps and printed them on cardstock, I took tons of pictures and did 1 page for each ride, I used stickers, diecuts and paperpiecings...it was fun to do and now that it is done, I have to do it again(another trip...I need to catch up on my vacation albums!)

Karen Foster makes paper and stickers in an amusement park theme that would work well with Universal photos. Have a great time!
