Scrapbookers from 15+ years ago - can you identify sparkly Mickey confetti?

I am catching up on scrapbooking and came across these Mickey heads in a stash of scrapbookable items. Unfortunately, I didn't date the envelope they were in. They were thrown at a parade. Maybe at the Studios. They're not really confetti - they're about the same size as those paint samples we all used to snag for scrapbooking. Any chance anyone remembers what parade they were from? I think it was between 2007 and 2011.

Remember them, likely have some ... pretty sure Magic Kingdom. I feel like it was not a regular parade but one of those cavalcade style parades as I remember the kids able to easily gather them. But maybe it was just the end of a regular parade.
