What kind of glue do you use for your scrapbook I bought a book and some other things in WDW last month and have never done this before I still have to have my digital pictures develope. Any suggestions are helpful.

Thanks KELLY

I use the CM tape runner. I found it to be the easiest to use for me. I tried the hermifix, but those squares make me nuts, I can never get it to be in the right place.

Depending on what I'm trying to accomplish, I have several different adhesives I use.

I mostly use CM Tape Runner. (I tried someone's mini tape runner a few months ago and fell in love with it for tiny pieces. I still need to get one of my own though.)

I also have Xyron - 150, 500, 900. I use whichever size is most practical for the item I'm trying to adhere. This is great for vellum since it's clear and gives complete coverage to the item so there aren't any adhesive lines to show through.

Glue Stick - I basically use a glue stick only for emergency, like when I'm out of tape runner or something. I find glue sticks to be messy and don't always stick items very well or pop loose when dry.

Glue (there are several out there that go on white but dry clear) - I like the thick glue for certain projects but it does take patience since it takes a while to dry.

Tacky Tape or any other thick tape (most of this type have a red liner) - this is great for heavier embellishments, when you have a surface you want to coat in glitter/sand/etc, or for clear objects.

I'm sure there are other adhesives I use from time to time, but these are the main ones.

I use several types of adhesives...

*3L photo fixes for pictures and mats. (These are "tabs" with little blue pieces you pull off.... this is my most used adhesive.)
*Hermafix dots for adhering big and little pieces of paper (like torn paper borders).
*Glue dots for metals.
*Xyron X for small pieces when paper piecing or for letters I've cut out by hand.
*Clear photo corners for adhering transparencies and sometimes vellum.

Hermafix, but not the one that does tabs. This one runs little dots of glue (It was actually purchased recently and I think the new name is "Dotto") and it's repositionable for like 24 hrs...I really really like this stuff! I use it for nearly everything. I have glue sticks for when I run low, some metal glue, and the xyron little "x" that I haven't used too much since I haven't had it very long. I also have some little foam stickies that make everything 3-d. My favorite by far is the Hermafix. I use that on every single layout and it works on nearly everything. I don't have a good solution for vellum yet, since most things I do don't fit through my xyron. Hermafix shows through, and glue sticks...well...you know. Sometimes I just hold them down with brads or eyelets just to avoid having to deal with glue.

I use the photo splits from Wal-Mart or the tape runner depending on the size of pix I'm working with. Also use the glue stick from Wal-Mart for die cuts and some borders. Personally I think the work just as good as the expensive brands and are ALOT cheaper!

hermafix hermafix hermafix and occaisonally something else, but I can't scrap without hermafix - repositionable dots - they are fab!

Personally... I use a lot of Zig glue and have not had a problem with it.................P

hermifix tabs, hermifix repositional dots, CM tape runner (love the mini) I use my little x machine for small things, sailors glue for wet. And for emergency I seem to always have a glue stick in my bag.
