Scott & Vinny: 13 days of Magic..UPDATED *NEW* 3/4 (The End)

We had gotten to the spot that Lorrie suggested (wheelchair accessible) around 8:30. We sat and chatted and Lorrie did not believe she was red in the face so here is the proof. LOL

Well we thought we had a 30 minute wait but it turned out to be a 90 minute. On this night the show was not starting till 10. So we sat around and talked. Chris did go and look for pins I believe. He also brought us back water.

We could see Wishes going off in the distance.

Also we saw the fountain show across the lake in Future World. It was cool seeing it. If I had a zoom lens I could have gotten decent pics. Lorrie might have.

This was the CM in charge of the area. I believe her name was Mia. She was great. Very talkative and so nice.

The lanterns turn on.

Let the show begin.

This is one of my favorites. No idea why but it is.

Then it was over. It was fun seeing the show again and watching it with friends. Now we start heading out but first Mia offered to take our pics.

Then we started to head out. I believe Kathy and Chris went one way and we all went the other. I think they were parked at a resort.

This is one of my favorites. No idea why but it is.

because it looks like pixie dust and lets face it who wouldnt want to be sprinkled with pixie dust and fly around.

my first stop would be the top of the epcot ball so i could watch the monorails go around me all day.

Great updates! You got some really nice night time shots of Epcot! I tried but couldn't get any good ones last year, but I did play with the settings on my camera and now I think I know a good setting for night shots so I will have to try again next time.

You had a good viewing spot for Illuminations! Cute group shots.

I do like to slow down and look around. I figure I have been so many times and with DVC will be going for many more so let's enjoy it.

Most times they do not come out for me. I did the no flash setting and it helped a little.
The spot was good.

Saturday the 13th finds us moving to a new resort. I was so scared for this day. Vinny can be snooty. I call him an upper west side snob a lot and we were moving to a value resort and I was not sure how he would like it. Let’s get this day going. Not many pics today but we do visit a brand new resort.

Vinny went up to Artist’s Palette around 7:30 and got us breakfast. The receipt say’s that he got an oj, coffee and croissant. I do not remember eating a croissant so I think he had it. I had the OJ. The total was $9.13.
I am not sure why I took this as it was not the time we left.

We called bell services and they told me it would be a long time before they could get the bags. They asked if I made an appointment the night before. Um, no I didn’t. I never heard of that and the person at the desk the night before told me to call in the morning so that is what I am doing. At this point it is after 10am and we have an adr with Kristel and Lorrie. So after some talking to and them calling me back they said they would be there soon. By now it is 10:30 and we have to go. Vinny tells me to go and he will try to meet us there. I then go. I walk to the bus stop. As I get there Vinny texts me saying they got the luggage (he gave him a very nice tip on my insisting he does this) then I tell him to hurry up. He gets there and we have a few minutes for the bus. By now we are going to be so late. Here is Vinny at 11:08 on the bus.

The time we were to be at the adr. So not happy. Or was it 11:15? Lorrie can tell us. LOL

Then we arrived but of course I had to take pics. Running late does not stop me from that.

The crowds were not bad.

We hurried down the street to get there. I hate being late. Then at 11:39 we arrived at our destination.

I felt so bad for holding them up. I go and check us in and 2 minutes later they called us.

Looks like all was forgiven. LOL

Vinny then decided to color on the napkin.

Review: I love this place. I go for one reason really, the pb&j shake. They
should make them to go from a window. The onion rings were good and I believe all had some. The shake was so good. The fried chicken was delicious. I did not eat my veggies. The brownie sundae was so good but HUGE. I did not finish it at all
Vinny enjoyed his meal. The only complaint he had was the malt was too thick.

We will be going back again.

The PB&J shake is good, I have made it and it tastes just the same here is the receipe:

PB &J Shake

Yield: 3 3/4 cups
Ingredients

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons grape jelly
1/4 cup milk
3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

Method:
1. Combine peanut butter and jelly in a small bowl, mixing well.
2. Combine milk, ice cream, and peanut butter mixture in container of an electric blender.
3. Process mixture until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.

I never had a reason to forgive you. You were just a little late. I just wanted to be able to get to MK before I left. Kristel tweeted the whole time so I think she was happy.

We did all have an onion ring and they were very good. Vinny complained about the carrots. How could you forget that? I have a picture on my TR of him arguing with the waitress as she tried to feed him one.

The food was good and that dessert was way to bbig for one person. I noticed in my pictures that it came with 2 spoons.
