Hey all! So I gathered together all of my photos and I was going to start the wedding report first, but then I realized that no one really got any photos from the ceremony besides my photographer. So since I have only been married a week it might be a few weeks before he gets them back to us sooooo I HAVE DECIDED TO DO THE HONEYMOON REPORT FIRST I will give you all a sneak peak of non professional pictures of DH and myself with the bridal party.

That's all you get for now I promise as soon as I get all the photos I will do my full report soon look out for that in the next coming weeks

OK so I am doing a food review as well so I will try to keep that separate from this as best as I can.

Day 1 Part 1

We work up at 3:00 am to get to the airport on time for our 6:45 am flight. I know I am crazy, but I wanted us to have more time in the parks and the only way to do that is to book a hella early flight so we did! Here is a picture of us super sleepy that morning.

I was really tired because I only got about 2 hours of sleep that night, I guess it was all that Disney excitement, haha Anyway, when we arrive at the airport security was breeze because it was a really small airport. We are on our way!

Us really bored,

We had a stop in Atlanta, but our lay over was only about 45 mins so we jumped right from one plane to the other. I was knocked out this leg of the trip, sleep finally caught up with me.

We arrived at MCO at about 11:45 am and here is our first glimpse of Disney

I was super excited This was our first time taking the Magical Express so we followed a couple we went on the plane to the gate so we knew where to go for our bus. It was quite a little walk being tired and all, but it was all worth it when we saw our sign

I don't know if it was just our resort, but POFQ had absolutely no line to get on the express, but all of the other resort lines were crazy busy especially the values and the higher end deluxes like GF. Here's our bus and we're on our way

Next stop POFQ and Downtown Disney!

Hi Vicki! I'm a new reader and I'm excited to join in! My soon-to-be hubby and I will be going on our disneymoon in a little less than two weeks, so I love reading about other couple's honeymoon experiences. I'm not a Disney bride, but I do lurk on the this board occasionally since I'm planning, too and I remember taking a look at your PJ and loving all of the details. I love a good theme! From the few pictures you posted it looks like your vision was realized! You looked amazing. Can't wait to read more!

Day 1 Part 2 POFQ

The magical express ride over was really relaxing. It was nice to take a load off for a little bit after traveling all day. We made it to our resort fairly quickly. On the way our bus made stops at Old Key West, Saratoga Springs and one other though I can't remember right this minute, but it was nice to see some of the resorts I haven't seen to before. Our driver was also hilarious, he was telling us fun little facts about the resort stops we made, like did you know that Saratoga Springs used to be called the Disney Institute Resort? But apparently they changed it so that when people asked each other where they stayed on vacation they didn't have to say they stayed at the "Institute" anymore The driver was very fun and made the trip go by super quick and before we knew it we had arrived!

We hopped off the bus and grabbed our luggage and ran into this funny guy

I can't remember his name, but he was super funny and welcoming it made for a great start to our trip. He even offered to take our picture for us!

We went into resort check in, which was super quick because I checked in online 10 days before the trip which I highly recommend , and the cast member told us that we were the first room today that was ready when we arrived.

Check in was not until 3:00 pm and we got there around 1:00 pm so we were glad to find our room ready. I can't say this for sure, but I think online check in helped with this, we think the room was ready because we took advantage of this service. He handed us our happily ever after buttons and sent us on our way. Once we left check in we got a moment to take our first look at the resort. It was so beautiful. The theming is amazing andddddd it was super quiet. That's something we kept saying all trip there was no one around hardly. We kept calling it our sleepy resort, haha. This was nice because we wanted to relax it being our honeymoon and all. Here are some random pics of the resort

We went to building six to check out our room before we headed to DTD for some shopping

Our luggage hadn't arrived yet, which had our "Just Married" buttons in it, so we popped on our "Happily Ever After" buttons that we got from the front desk. We were about to head out when we noticed, that we had a message already on our machine. We checked it and it was Minnie and Mickey telling us congraduations! Ah our first bit of pixie dust We ran over to Sassagoula's to grab some biegnets! Oh and they were so yummy and unique to resort which makes them extra special. Check out my food review once I start it for dets!

We headed out to take the resort ferry for DTD, but not before checking out the resort gift shop

This made me laugh!!!! ...next up DTD!

Ahhhh I LOVE THIS!!!!! French Quarter is my favorite hotel--- it was the first one I ever stayed in when I was little, so it has tons of good memories. AND they updated the comforters since I was there in 2009--- they're SO pretty now, good for you! And the beignets?!?! Oh my gosh, best. food. ever.

And I TOTALLY bought that shirt for DF last trip when he proposed. So excited for more!

The resort looks gorgeous! I may have to talk DF into staying there in November if we go! ;D Depending on our funding of course!

The picture of you guys in the hotel is great! I love awesome CM's!! They make the Disney experience that much better! Unfortunately not every CM is nice. Wah. ha.

Those beignets or w/e they are look delicious! What are they?!

It's great to see your POFQ pics since I'll be staying at POR! I really like Port Orleans, and will have to check out the French Quarter some day. It's really nice that it was so quiet and empty - you can see that there aren't any other people in your pics! Weren't those rooms recently refurbished too? So that must have been nice

The Magical Express sounds like it was useful... I'm just hesitant about letting someone else pick up my luggage! I don't know, I guess I'm a bit paranoid.

When you checked in, did they just give you the happily ever after buttons or did you have to ask for them?
