Scooter Rentals?

My family and i are going to universal at the end of march and looking to rent a scooter for my husband. in the past we rented from the park but if i could get it cheaper that would be wonderful. so i have a few questions

1.Which scooter rental agency is the best?
2.Which ones have insurance that u can buy if u scratch the scooter or something?

Any help would be appreciated.
