Are you asking about an ECV/Scooter? If so, I would contact the company you have rented it from. Each company handles returns differently.

If they are a preferred provider you should be able to leave it as that's a benefit of using them. If they are not Disney will not handle it.

Featured, not preferred. Disney stopped using that terminology a while ago. It's misleading to use such an influential word when you are charging companies for use of your staff.

I'm kind of concerned about your comment about the bus coming before return can be done. If it's an off-site rental, YOU set the return time. And they come to your resort. At least that's the way it was when we rented from Walker. Come to think of it, we always chose afternoon return times, so maybe they could accept returns in the morning(?). However, I do know that with featured providers, as said before, you return the scooter to bell services at whatever time is convenient.
