Asking this for a friend-she has to get around in one of those scooters. Do the WDW busses accomodate them? Is it only certain buses that do accomodate the scooters? Any information is greatly appreciated as she is worried about getting around

All WDW busses should be able to accomodate 2 ECVs (scooters) or wheelchairs. Occasionally there will be a bus with a ramp or lift that does not work properly, and you'll need to wait for the next one...or there may already be two on board.

The ECV/wheelchair parties will board first, through the back door of the bus. After the ECV is loaded and secured, ambulatory guests will load through the front door. ECVs unload last, after the ambulatory guests have exited the bus.

She shouldn't have any trouble. All Disney busses are equipped with either a lift or a ramp (newer busses) and can carry up to two wheelchairs or ECVs. Wheelchair/ECV users are boarded first and unloaded last. The driver will, to my understanding, give very clear directions on how to manuver the ECV and will then safely secure it.
