Sci-Fi silly question

My dd has seen pictures of this restaurant and definitely wants to try it.

My silly question is, there are only 3 in our party and I don't want to get split up and eat next to someone else!!

I have not seen one picture of this place with more than 2 people in a booth.

Has anyone been there and can tell me how they handle an odd numbered party? How exactly are the booths/car bench seats set up?
Any information would be greatly appreciated! TIA

We are a family of 5...and yes...all 3 DDs sat in the first row! I guess it all depends on how large you(the family) are!

We ate at the Sci Fi several years ago when it was just my dh, dd and I, and they gave us a whole "car" to share. They're set up for 4, 2 in the front and 2 in the back, but we just put one in the front and 2 in the back. Everyone faces forward, so the front seat and back seat have different "tables," if that makes sense, but you're really close together, and they didn't put anyone else with us. I think we ended up switching around several times during the meal, but my dd (maybe 5 at the time?) preferred having one row all to herself because it made her think she was all grown up.

It's a really fun place to eat--you 3 "princesses" will have a blast!

Some cars have 2 rows and some have 3. I have been with a party of 4 where they've put us in a 3 row car, and have placed someone else in the 3rd row behind us. They won't have someone else share your row, though.

We've also had 3 children in a row, but it would be pretty snug with 2 adults and even a small child in the same row unless everyone is pretty small. I imagine they'd give you 2 rows and let you sit however you want to.

Our family of 3 was put in a car with 3 rows. 2 of us in the front seat and 1 in the middle. There was another party of 2 put in the 3rd row. We did not feel intruded on or intrusive. Our server was great and made us all feel comfortable. Everyone is facing forward and watching the screen anyway. As one of the other posters stated, they will not put a stranger in one of your rows.
