Sci-Fi Drive In booths

How snug are the booths between the seat and the table?
Will I fit in a booth at 5 months pregnant?

I'd really like to try it out, and I know they have tables at the back but what's the fun in that?

Depends on how pregnant you are at five months. I was with friends there - one six months and one eight. The eight month mom fit okay, but was carrying very spread out, fi you know what I mean. The six month mom was all out in front and though she stayed in the booth, ended up sitting sideways by the end of the meal.

Hmm, there will only be three of us, so maybe I'll just sit sideways with my feet up and hog a whole bench to myself.

That could work. You wouldn't have more than two in a seat. It is a bit inhibiting to conversation though. The movie clips are cute (the first time through, at least) and the shakes are fantastic.

From a guys perspective...I'm a big guy and my favorite is the Sci-Fi Dine In. Their booths are very snug! We always ask for the tables in the middle. Same experience with the "pseudo" cars, but with chairs. If you are even remotely concerned, ask for the table.
